COMMUNITY FELLOWSHIP

WHO WE ARE
Our Roots
Community Fellowships was founded by Joshua & Jaclyn Barber. CFI is located in the neighborhood of Historic South Atlanta where Joshua and his family have lived for over 20 years.
"We felt like there was a lot of emphasis on creating these mixed income neighborhoods, yet no organization was devoted to speaking to the elephant in the room which was, unless there is purposeful effort put into teaching this diverse community HOW to live together one group would end up getting pushed out. And more often than not that group tends to be the less fortunate and those with brown skin."
-Joshua Barber
"The best metaphor for the kind of society we want is neither a "melting pot" nor a "rainbow", but a mosaic. It is possible to preserve diversity in unity through a "community of communities"
